Our goal lies in RESTORING your health and COLLABORATION with your other health care provider.  Each member of our staff has been trained to exercise the utmost level of professionalism with COMPASSION when implementing your care plan. We respect your dignity and will support you in maintaining the level of independence you want to keep.

Service Admission Process and Details

• First, we do an assessment with a social worker, case manager, Registered Nurse or an Admission Coordinator.
• We then determine what type of services you will need based on the clinical assessment process. This is as scheduled. We call you first and set an appointment.
• We have a contract that you will sign based on the agreement of service we provide.
• We provide the agreement for you in reference to how our staff will be treated in the premises at the comforts of your home, hotel and any residential location you prefer.
• We provide support for our customers according to the agreement if there is complaint with our staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• We provide referrals to another agency if we feel we cannot provide the services for our clients from the time of Initial Assessment and Continued Care.
• We provide an agreement if you feel you want to discontinue our services as well as if our agency will discontinue the services with you.

Our services are geared and screened from the time our patient has an Initial Assessment until he or she is discharged. Knights Health Care Services will accommodate as much as possible the needs of the client with compassion, care, respect, dignity, love, and professionalism to everyone who will deliver the care to our clients in the same way that our clients WILL TREAT our staff with same compassion, care, respect, dignity and professionalism.
